Helping those community centers that deliver vital health care to Marylanders most in need—that’s the core mission of the Community Health Integrated Partnership (CHIP). 

Based in Baltimore, Maryland, our nonprofit, Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN) provides essential business services and support to eight community health centers providing care in 34 locations with over 130 providers throughout the state. 

Through CHIP’s initiatives, these centers can better manage economic and regulatory issues to provide Maryland’s uninsured and low-income residents with improved access to high quality, affordable health care.
