Salliann Alborn
Chief Executive Officer of Community Health Integrated Partnership (CHIP)
is responsible for the overall management of Community Health Integrated Partnership (CHIP). Ms Alborn brings 30 years of experience to CHIP, having held senior executive positions with major human services, governmental, health insurance and managed care organizations including: Senior Director, Medicare Programs, Independence Blue Cross; Vice President, Market and Network Development, Integrated Health Services, Inc.; Senior Director, Government Programs, NYLCare of the Mid-Atlantic; Director/General Manager, Federal Employee Program, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Maryland; and Executive Director, Coordinated Services for the Elderly, Inc..
Ryan Beyer
Director of Information Technology
is responsible for the management, maintenance, and monitoring of the Network’s IT system including the database, network, communications and security. Mr. Beyer has 11 years of experience in the Information Technology (IT) field and brings to his role expertise in database design and management, and systems analysis and development.
Lee Ann Eckert
Director of Finance
is responsible for the overall financial planning and management of the CHIP organization including budget preparation and management, financial reporting to the Board and regulatory agencies, grants management, oversight of the annual audit and complying with federal and state tax reporting requirements. She has a strong working knowledge of the federal financial reporting and auditing requirements, and, as part of her role with CHIP, serves as the CFO for a small rural health center.
Juanita M. Tryon
Director - IT Projects and Business Consutling
has more than 15 years of experience in health care business systems, financial analysis, software implementation and project management. Ms. Tryon originally served as the Project Director for the implementation of the Practice Management System for CHIP. She has provided consulting services to member health centers, established the Benchmarking project and developed a network training program.
