Service Agreements
- Credentialing (Primary Source Verification) Services
A master contract for this service is negotiated by the CHIP Network on behalf of its member health centers. Pricing for the product is on a per application basis, paid by the Network in order that we can monitor contract performance, and invoiced to the health centers for reimbursement. - Practice Management System
The CHIP Network provides practice management system management, maintenance, modifications and support under a separate fee schedule and Agreement with the system participants.

- Electronic Patient Record Systems (EPRS) Project
- Selected vendor: GE Centricity 2005 EMR
- Project Implementation in process. As of September 2009, four (4) health centers are utilizing the EPRS application. The remaining four (4) health centers will be installed prior to May 2010.
